What can I expect to find at your event?

We carry high quality, gently used, clothing, toys, baby gear, and more for children - from the most trusted brands!

When are Snuggle Bugs events held?

Our seasonal events are typically held in March and September to coincide with the changing of the seasons.

Who can participate in this event?

Anyone with acceptable items can sell. To participate, head over to our Consignors section to learn more.

How many items can I sell?

Whether you've got a few items or are looking to get rid of everything just taking up space, we've got you covered. Consignors are given a chance to sell up to 125 items for this event. Please note- a four piece outfit counts as one item. Multiple related items can be bundled and sold as a group.

What do you consider to be 'seasonal' items?

While many items like jeans, toys, and baby gear are "year-round" items, there are some items that clearly belong in one event or the other. For example, Spring events would feature sandals, light jackets, sundresses, etc. The fall event would feature holiday outfits, heavy winter coats/hats/gloves, snowsuits, snow boots, etc.

Why do you offer such a high percentage payout when most consignment stores offer 50% or LESS?

Our consignors make this event possible and we believe that they deserve to get the best possible payout for their items. The more successful our consignors are, the better the event!

Why is there so much emphasis on accepting only EXCELLENT QUALITY items?

We want to keep the integrity of our shopping experience. A better shopping experience means a better selling experience.

Be honest...how hard is it to enter my items online through your website? Wouldn't it be easier to do it by hand?

It's reeeeeally easy! With our simple "quick pick" lists you'll be done registering items in no time! It's kinda like those "5-minute meals," though... actual time may vary. The payout will be just as satisfying!

What makes Snuggle Bugs & Company unique in their consignment approach?

By working with Snuggle Bugs, consignors have control over their items AND their success! Please check out our Consignors section to learn how you can cash in on items your children don't need, want or simply have outgrown.

Is there an admission fee for shoppers? Or a fee for parking?

This event is 100% FREE to attend. There is no admission charge and parking is both abundant and FREE.

Which forms of payment are accepted at the sale?

We accept cash, debit, Visa and MasterCard.

Where can I find the supplies I need to prepare my items for the sale?

You may already have most of the items that you will need around the house. Most items that you don't have on-hand are easily (and inexpensively) purchased at Wal-Mart or the Dollar store. For detailed product preparation instructions check out our "Merchandise Preparation" section.

What should I write on the items tags?

The ONLY information you need to write on the tags for your items is the number that is assigned to the item when you enter it online (1,2,3, etc.). For details, see Merchandise Preparation.

When will I receive my payment check?

Payment will be available at Pick-Up, so you won't have to wait to get paid!

Do I have to be there during the sale?

No. We will take care of everything during the sale. There are volunteer options available to consignors who want to earn an even higher payout and early shopping privileges.

How do I participate?

To learn about becoming a consignor, please visit our Consignors section.

How does Drop Off work?

Once you've registered as a consignor and entered your items, you are ready to drop off. You will unload your items, be directed to parking and then return to the store for check in. At check-in, be prepared to confirm your understanding of our Consignment Agreement, which was part of our sign up process. Our volunteers will then assist you in finding the correct area on the sales floor for your items. Once you place your items correctly, you are free to leave.

Where can I find hangers?

We always recommend asking friends, family members, neighbors, and other Moms that you know to see if they have any. Many times these connections can yield a jackpot! If you do not have any luck there, you can try local thrift stores, freecycle.com, and some local stores. Walmart and Kmart will sometimes allow you to take their used hangers if you ask. In the worst case, you can find packages of hangers at local dollar stores or Walmart very inexpensively. Please keep in mind that Consignors will be able to keep the hangers from their presale purchases and are welcome to take hangers with them at pick-up to replenish their supply.
