We see thousands of local families walk through our doors at each event! Shoppers come from all over- Allegheny, Washington, Beaver, Butler and Armstrong counties. Even Ohio and West Virgina! We have thousands of people on our mailing list, and our event continues to grow!
Here's how we can work together to promote your business to your target market.
Goody Bags
Your coupon, sample, or any promo material will be included in gift bags distributed to at least 250 individuals.
- 250 goody bags for $25. Just 10 cents per person!
- 500 goody bags for $45. That's even less!
Poster ($25)
Your company's 18"x24" poster, that you provide, will be placed in the highest traffic area of our store for the duration of the event. This gives a great amount of exposure for little investment!
Gift Basket Giveaway (No charge)
You create an attractive gift basket promoting your business to be put on display for the duration of the event. One lucky Snuggle Bugs participant will win this at the end of the event. Basket contents should have a minimum retail value of $50.
Gift Card (No charge)
Your company's 8.5"x11" sign (with company description) will be displayed with a gift card for the duration of the event. The card (minimum $50 retail value) will be given to a lucky consignor or volunteer at the end of the event. Note: not intended for cash or "% off" offers. Should be good for free products or services, with no minimum purchases or other "strings" attached.
Website Link ($20)
A brief description (10 words max) will be placed on our website with a link to your site or email address. It will remain on our site for 3 months and is renewable.

I am a consultant with a direct sales company. Do you limit participation to just ONE representative per company?
In order to provide quality exposure for all of our participating businesses, we limit them to one representative each for each promotional opportunity we offer. Opportunities are offered on a first come, first serve basis and are final when payment is received.
Are advertising fees refundable?
Advertising fees are non-refundable.
When are my materials due?
- Marketing materials are due on or before March 10, 2013. Materials can be dropped off the weekend of March 9th and 10th between 10am and 6pm.
- Goody bag items must be folded to no larger than ⅓ piece of paper.
When is payment due?
All payments are due within 5 business days of the date of request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cashier’s checks, money orders, and cash. Personal checks are accepted for advertising ONLY.
How do I make a sign?
Try the Avery Sign Kit. It helps you create an 18x24 sign through easy to use software and your printer. This kit yields professional looking results for a fraction of the cost of custom printing. Find them at your local office supply store.
Will I get my poster back?
All signs will be available for pick-up during the scheduled pick-up time for our consignors- Wednesday March 27 Noon - 7pm. We will take great care while handling your posters.
