Do I have to volunteer in order to consign?

No. The volunteer program is optional. As a consignor, you will earn 60% of your sales. By working with us for just 6 hours, however, your payout percentage will be boosted to 70% of your sales AND can go as high as 80% by volunteering!

How much is my time worth?

For consignors volunteering 6 hours of their time, your payout will increase to 70% of your sales, and you will be granted access to our "Early Worker Presale!" Each shift worked will also enter you into our prize drawings. Prizes include an 80% payout, and gift certificates and baskets from our great advertisers!

Team Snuggle Bugs - Earn even more!

This volunteer level is achieved by working a minimum of 20 hours, and earns you the choice of an 80% payout or a 10% shopping discount, access to an exclusive Team Snuggle Bugs presale event, the ability to contribute additional items to the event, AND 10 entries into our prize drawings. Wow- that was a mouthful!

What if my schedule doesn't allow me to work the shift exactly as it's offered?

You're a busy mom. We totally understand that our shifts aren't going to be a perfect fit for everyone. If you need to make a minor tweak to a shift, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

May I bring my children with me during my shift?

No, we need the full attention of our volunteers. If you have extenuating circumstances, such as nursing needs, please let us know. Helpers who are nursing small infants may bring their baby, (because of obvious safety concerns you would work when we are closed to the public).

What days and shifts are available?

Shifts are available before the event begins, during the event, and after the event. There are hundreds of shifts to choose from, but they get snapped up quickly, so don't delay.

What if I need to change my shift?

Any changes or cancellations should be made as far in advance as possible, since we are really counting on everyone to be there for the shifts they have signed up for. We don't have any recruits to call in at a moment's notice.

What happens if I don't complete my shift?

If you sign up for one or more shifts, we are counting on you to follow through. In the event that a person does not fulfill their obligation, they will not be allowed to participate as a volunteer for future events. We realize sometimes, things cannot be controlled, so please contact us with special circumstances. Please understand that these guidelines have been put in place to maintain a high quality sale.
